UFC Mad for Chicken BBQ Chicken

And here's my own version =)
For frying the chicken:
Sprinkle some salt on the chicken wings for flavor. Then add 2 eggs and mix it with hand.
On a separate bowl or a big ziplock bag, mix flour and cornstarch. (1:1). Coat chicken with flour mixture and deep fry until it turns light brown.
While letting the wings cool down for second deep fry, make the sauce.
On a pan mix together a clove of minced garlic, onion, 4 tablespoons brown sugar, 1/2 cup Korean soy sauce, 1/4 cup mirin and 2 tablespoons ginger.
Stir and boil for 20 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
Deep fry the wings again until it turns golden brown.
Mix chicken and sauce. Make sure all wings are coated.
